The Internal Evaluation Group (OMEA) is established within each academic unit and serves a coordinating role, acting as the link between the Quality Assurance Unit (MODIP) and the respective academic unit.
At Department level, OMEA has both coordinating and operational responsibilities. It works in cooperation with MODIP and coordinates the Department’s internal evaluation procedures, as well as the accreditation process of the corresponding Undergraduate Study Programme.
In cooperation with MODIP, OMEA coordinates the internal evaluation process of the academic unit. It also initiates and monitors the completion of student questionnaires concerning the evaluation of teaching and informs the Department’s governing bodies and academic staff about the results of the teaching evaluation process.
In collaboration with the Chair of the Department and MODIP, OMEA prepares the proposal for the accreditation of the Department’s Undergraduate Study Programme.
